As the first medical school in the country, the Universiti Malaya is proud to continue in its tradition of producing the next generation of physicians and scientists including future leaders of academic medicine. The Faculty of Medicine is situated centrally in the Klang Valley, attached to a fully equipped teaching hospital, the University of Malaya Medical Center, UMMC. UMMC provides excellent training facilities for both undergraduates and postgraduate students in all specialities to fulfill our mission of excellence in patient care, education and research.
